Arsenal: Nicklas Bendtner Is Not A bad Boy – Juventus Boss

Nicklas BendtnerJuventus manager Antonio Conte insists he only has good things to say about Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner
Antonio Conte insists he has “only good things to say” about Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner from the Dane’s spell at Juventus.
The 25-year-old failed to find the net in 11 Serie A appearances for the Turin outfit after spending the 2012-13 campaign on a season-long loan spell at the Italian champions.
Bendtner, who was a Crystal Palace and Hull City target in August, returned to Arsenal in the summer but failed to secure a move away from the north London side where he is currently out of favour.
However, the Juventus manager Conte refused to criticise the Gunners forward, rubbishing claims Bendtner is a bad boy.
“I have only good things to say about Bendtner,” Conte said. “He came to the club and after a difficult first period, he started.
“Then he had the misfortune to be injured and he was out for three months. Then when he did come back, he got injured again.
“Bendtner left a good impression on everyone at Juventus. Some call him a bad boy, but that is not the impression he left with us.”
