He has been one of the hottest young stars with legions of teenage ‘Beliebers’ across the world.
But the 19-year-old’s recent exploits, which have included spitting into a crowd, have been blamed for an apparent drop in his popularity.
One retailer, which sold Justin Bieber T-shirts for £9.99, has dropped the price of the shirts to just 39p.
This represents a huge 96 per cent discount of the original retail price.
Argos cut the price of the garments after the star caused outrage by spitting from a hotel balcony into fans last month.
He also upset fans in the summer by urinating into a nightclub bucket and reportedly yelling ‘f*** Bill Clinton!’ while spraying cleaning fluid over a picture of the former US President.
As an extra incentive for fans to buy the unwanted garments, Argos is also offering free delivery.
As first-class delivery by Royal mail normally costs £1.20, the retailer is effectively giving the T-shirts away at a loss.
The cotton T-shirts show the pop star in eight different poses and are offered in crew-neck with capped sleeves or v-neck styles.
An Argos spokeswoman told the Sun: ‘We currently have a number of our music T-shirts on special offer in a limited stock clearance.’
Janet Matthews, 38, from Portsmouth, Hants, told the paper that she had bought six of the T-shirts for her daughter.
But one disillusioned former Justin Bieber fan told the Sun: ‘I wouldn’t wear a Bieber T-shirt if he was paying me £100.’
The formerly squeaky clean singer has shocked his fans with a series of incidents in recent months.
In March, his younger fans went home disappointed from a gig after the star turned up two hours late to London’s O2 arena.
He also had a scuffle with a photographer and admitted to smoking cannabis.
