That's rubbing it in! Rihanna dresses up her casual outfit with flashy gold 'rich' necklace as she leaves New York hotel
With a net worth estimated to be around $90 million, Rihanna's rolling in the money and the bling.
The wealthy Barbadian put that tiny fact out there loud and clear as she left the Gansevoort Meatpacking Hotel in New York on Saturday.
Rihanna, who was presumably on her way to that evening's concert in Denver, Colorado, was styled casually chic in a FILA shirt, black trousers and Timberland boots, but it was her statement necklace that stole the attention.
The
25-year-old was wearing a gold necklace with a pendant that read RICH,
in addition to a longer, less obnoxious gold chain, huge hoop earrings
and gold bracelet.
Rihanna carried herself with the air of one who knows she's fabulous, with chin up, eyes shielded by dark shades and glossily made-up face.
The entertainer has amassed an amazing accumulation of assets for one who's still so young thanks to her lucky music streak. She doesn't seem to have a problem flaunting it either.
Her Diamonds World Tour, launched to
support her seventh studio album Unapologetic, has been such a success
that dates have been added to accommodate the demand.
The wildly popular tour grossed $100,342,254 from the first 65 shows, according to Billboard magazine.
Beginning in 2005 with her debut album, Music Of The Sun, Rihanna has been riding the wave at the top of the Billboard 200.
Her success isn't just limited to her albums, as she's picked up countless awards including three Grammys.
Endorsements deals are coming out of her pretty ears - she's worked with CoverGirl, Gucci and Clinique.
Rihanna is just as well known for her flamboyant style and her fun partying antics, as she displayed during her recent getaway to Barbados.
The
Pour It Up singer was seen doing just that on Friday at Sugar Ultra
Lounge where she was spotted drinking out of a glass in the shape of a
high heel.
Rihanna was obviously having a good time, enjoying a brief break from her Diamonds tour before her return to the stage on Saturday at Pepsi Center in Denver.
